Located in a protected harbor on Lake Pontchartrain’s south shore, Orleans Marina is easily accessible via a channel entrance depth of 13–14 feet and an inner harbor depth of 11–13 feet, allowing for safe navigation by boats of varying drafts and dimensions.

With 10 piers, 377 open slips, and 24 accessible slips, our marina offers a wide variety of docking options—all featuring fixed docks for added stability and ease of boarding.

Near the entrance to the New Basin Canal, the Pennick Dock Facility also offers five 50-foot slips for daily transient rental, with water hookups and 50- and 100-amp electrical service.

Open Slips

We offer a variety of open slips designed to accommodate vessels of all sizes. Our slips range from 30 feet to 90 feet. Each slip is equipped with essential amenities, including electrical connections and dock boxes, providing everything you need for a hassle-free and convenient stay.

Our open slips accommodate vessels ranging from 30 to 90 feet in length:

  • 30-Foot Slip: Two 30-amp electrical connections

  • 35-Foot Slip: Two 30-amp electrical connections

  • 40-Foot Slip: One 30-amp and one 50-amp electrical connection

  • 45-Foot Slip: One 30-amp and one 50-amp electrical connection

  • 50-Foot Slip: One 30-amp and one 50-amp electrical connection

Daily transient slips are available for boaters visiting Orleans Marina.
